Payment and Refund Policy

Principal-to-Principal Relationship

Transactions, including transaction prices and all commercial terms such as delivery and dispatch of products and/or services, are governed by direct agreements between you (the User) and the seller. The payment facility provided by Aarna Computers is a tool to facilitate these transactions and does not make Aarna Computers liable for issues such as non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breaches of representations and warranties, or lack of after-sales or warranty services concerning the products or services listed on our website.

Authorization and Liability

By using our payment facility, you authorize Aarna Computers or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments electronically or via Cash on Delivery for transactions on our platform. Nature of Payment Facility

Our payment facility is not a banking or financial service but a facilitator for electronic, automated online payments, receiving payments through Cash on Delivery, and managing transactions using existing banking infrastructure and credit card payment networks. Aarna Computers is not acting as a trustee or fiduciary with respect to transactions or transaction prices.

User Responsibilities

Transaction Agreement: By initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with Aarna Computers to purchase products and/or services. You agree to pay the transaction price through your issuing bank.
Transaction Modifications: You may agree with Aarna Computers to modify dispatch or delivery times via electronic communication. Such changes must comply with our payment facility rules and policies.
Notification and Refunds: Notify Aarna Computers immediately of any delivery issues within the specified time frame. Failure to notify within the specified period will be deemed as delivery confirmation. For cash on delivery transactions, no confirmation is required. Refunds are available if delivery is not received within the agreed time frame. Refund claims must be raised within the stipulated time to be considered.
Exclusions: Payment facilities may not be available for certain products or services, and refunds may not be applicable in such cases.
Refund Process:
- For electronic payments, refunds will be made to the same issuing bank from which the payment was received.
- For cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be issued via demand draft to the user’s registered details.
- Refunds will be in Indian Rupees and equivalent to the transaction price received.
- Electronic refunds will be processed through NEFT/RTGS or other approved systems by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Refunds are subject to compliance with our policies and may involve recourse in case of misuse.

Transaction Limits and Security

Aarna Computers reserves the right to set limits on the number or value of transactions processed through individual payment instruments. Transactions from users with questionable histories or breach of agreements may be refused. We may also delay transaction processing or withhold transaction amounts for security reasons or legal requests.

Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws, including the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Customs Act, Information Technology Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, Income Tax Act, and Export-Import Policy.

Arrangement with Issuing Bank

All payment instruments used are processed through our payment gateway and are governed by terms and conditions between the user and the issuing bank or payment instrument issuing company. Online bank transfers are also governed by the terms agreed upon with the respective issuing bank.

Store Credit

Store Credit: Store credit is granted by Aarna Computers typically in lieu of a canceled order and is associated with your account on our website. You can redeem this credit against future purchases at your convenience. Please note that it is your responsibility to redeem the store credit, and Aarna Computers does not assume any risk, liability, or responsibility regarding the credit balance. Store credit is non-refundable.

Interest on Store Credit: Aarna Computers will not pay any interest on the store credit amount maintained in your account.

Limitation of Liability: Aarna Computers will not be liable for any loss or damages related to the store credit, including special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or association with the store credit.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the content available on the Aarna Computers website, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, designs, and other rights, are the sole property of third parties or Aarna Computers. Aarna Computers Software Terms

1. Use of Aarna Computers Software

You may use Aarna Computers Software solely to enable you to use and enjoy the Aarna Computers Services as provided by Aarna Computers, and as permitted by these Software Terms and any other applicable Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Aarna Computers Software into your own programs or combine it with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute, or sub-license the Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any Software and may terminate your right to use it at any time. 5. Conditions of Sale (Between Sellers and Customers)

1. Profanity Policy

Aarna Computers prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in any public area.

2. Replacement Guarantee

3. Returns Policy

Definition: ‘Return’ refers to the action of giving back a purchased item to Aarna Computers. Returns may be necessary in the following situations:

Item was defective
Item was damaged during shipping
Product was missing
Wrong item was sent by the seller
